Our service is voluntary. Most people come to the meetings for 1 to 2 years. You can also stop earlier. We will discuss together how often you would like to come.

No, you don’t have to talk about your story or past experiences. We encourage you to think about what you want to tell us and what helps you.

No, you’re not crazy and there is nothing wrong with you. You have probably seen and heard very bad things in your life. There are many people who suffer from negative consequences after such experiences. They have bad dreams, negative thoughts and feelings and concentration issues. Many people also experience severe stress.

At psz neu-ulm we want to help you so that you feel better soon.

No, you can’t spend the night with us. We invite you to talk to us and then you can go home.

No, we don’t give you any medication. We try to help by talking to you. If you need medication, we will help you find the right doctor.

We won’t tell anyone that you’re coming to us. We also don’t tell anyone what you tell us. We will only tell other people about your story with your permission. We will only do this, if it helps you.

You can get help at psz neu-ulm, if you are christian, muslim or atheist. You are also welcome at our organization with any other faith.

We can also help you if you belong to the LGBTQI+ community.

We know that refugees are affected by sexism, racism and queer hostility during their flight and in germany. We listen to you and try to help you if you are affected by any discrimination.

We also support people from other districts in Bavaria (for example Günzburg or Unterallgäu). If you have a long way to travel, we can pay for the travel costs. We can also help you to find a nearby support service.
